I don't believe life HAS to be peaks and valleys...
4014 consulting was founded in 2020 from a vision of empowerment through truth in love! I was shown the scripture Isaiah 40:14, but really verses 3-5 are my life's mantra; "A voice of one calling: "In the wilderness prepare a way for the Lord; make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be raised up, every mountain and hill made low; the rough ground shall become level, the rugged places a plain. And the glory of the Lord will be revealed, and all people will see it together. For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.""
I believe providence is Divine. I believe life (in all accounts) requires relationship to enact change. So assisting you in identifying challenges, creating goals and implementing a strategic plan becomes the pathway to your success!

I am a man of God and prince to Peace partnering with Holy Spirit to equip and empower the Saints for the works of service by proclaiming good news, declaring freedom for captives, and bestowing crowns of identity on His kids for the display of His splendor in the earth.
I'm a husband, father, and child of The King that thrives on sharing my experience in emotional and spiritual intelligence to help make straight your path or rugged places more plain in your life.

I carry a B.S. in Agriculture Economics from Oklahoma State Univ., extensive training in emotional intelligence and decades of leadership experience coupled with implementation of organizational strategies. I have sought to be a conduit for people to realize the value of understanding identity (horizontally and/or vertically) in how this mentality affects ones daily choices. Therefore, I seek to partner in your self-discovery personally, professionally, and spiritually.
My life's journey of what "felt like" valleys prompted a discovery of my own passion; empowering others into their calling and potential!
I have personally walked out death, disease and divorce, and as a result, I gained a deeper level of empathy towards humanity and a larger disdain towards that which seeks to steal, kill or destroy our purpose on earth.
With life-long engagement to horses, I've recognized the power horses offer into understanding our hurts, habits or hang-ups. The mirror they provide in self-discovery, and the conversation they exhibit non-verbally for personal or corporate application is limitless! However, we need an unbiased party to provide language around what they are sharing devoid of our understanding. This is where I come in...
